Baked Cauliflower with Olive & Tomato Sauce


  1. 1 whole head of cauliflower, cut the base of the stem and into half
  2. 1 cup tomato purée
  3. 6 green olives, chopped
  4. 1 tbsp capers, chopped
  5. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  6. 4–5 tbsp olive oil
  7. 1 garlic clove, minced
  8. sea salt to taste
  9. black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Sprinkle some sea salt and black pepper onto the cauliflower.
