Braised Cutlassfish(galchijorim) & Grilled

Ingredients:

  1. 7–8 pieces cutlassfish(galchi), clean and remove fish scales
  2. 4 cup anchovy broth
  3. 1 onion, sliced
  4. 3–4 stems green onion, cut into 1 inch
  5. 2 fresh green pepper, sliced
  6. 1 lb radish, cut into 10 pieces
  1. 2 Ts gochujang
  2. 2 Ts Korean bean paste
  3. 2 Ts soy sauce
  4. 2 Ts garlic, minced
  5. 1 Ts ginger juice
  6. 2 Ts chili powder
  7. 1 Ts toasted sesame seeds
  8. 2 Ts sesame oil
  9. 2 Ts Mirin
  10. 2 ts sugar

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients into a bowl well and set aside.
