Chili Oil
….Chili oil isn’t a common ingredient, but it’s a must-have ingredient in my refrigerator. Make a simple chili oil at home with this quick and easy recipe. Homemade chili oil is great for extra spice and flavor. Mix it into sauces as well as for cooking many meals. Different types of oil and hot peppers are used. This recipe is from@mrs_macarons.

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cup avocado oil
- 2 stems leek(or green onion) take out the center of the green onion( the center makes the chili oil thicken)
- 6 cloves garlic, sliced
- 5 Ts chili pepper powder
- 15 dried chili pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat the avocado oil with medium heat in a pot.
2. Start to boil the avocado oil and add the garlic, leek, chili pepper and chili pepper powder into the pot for 6 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat when the red pepper powder turns black. Set aside to cool down.
4. Sift the chili oil and keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
