….I like crustless quiche as it’s fewer calories. If you want an easy quiche recipe with no crust, this is the recipe for you. You can enjoy quiche for any meal. You can serve this recipe as an easy breakfast quiche, or enjoy it for a light lunch or dinner. You’ll love leftovers too! It’s so simple compared to how wonderful it tastes. This kale, ham, and cheese quiche is what I lovingly refer to as my family breakfast recipe. My husband gave a thumbs up saying it’s the best for him and he’s very picky eater. It’s the golden puffy top my husband loves. Also this quiche is a great idea for a lunch box. I recommend sometimes using natural yogurt instead of cream. The result was great. It can stay up to 5 days in a refrigerator.

Servings: 5–7

Time: 50 minutes

  6. 1 cup(100 g) ham(or sausage, cooked), sliced thinly
  7. 1 cup(100 g) cheddar cheese and gruyere, shredded
  8. 1 green onion, sliced
  9. 2 Ts avocado oil

I started organizing recipes that my family likes. I learned these recipes from some chefs and popular blogs. May my daughters remember mama's food.
