….I made this easy finger food quickly. I was influenced by one of @rinda.rejouissances’s posting(#Neufchalceese) in the morning. It was so pretty. Thank you so much @rinda.rejouissance. I took out some ingredients from the fridge - red anjou pear that ANNE loves, creme brie cheese that my husband loves, balsamic cream from Italy, some arugula, and honey. This doesn’t need a specific recipe. It’s great even if you just put your favorite ingredients together. Right after work, my husband ate a bite with his fingers with a big smile. He is happy…. The pear’s softness, sweetness, and scent are all perfect as an appetizer.

Servings: 4

Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. 100 g creme brie cheese
  2. 2 red anjou pears(or comice pear), sliced into 6–8 pieces of each
  3. arugula to taste
  4. 15 pieces prosciutto
  5. balsamic cream to taste
  6. honey to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cut the pear into 8 pieces and remove seeds. Set aside.

2. Slice the brie cheese into small sizes.

3. Place one piece of pear onto a board.

4. Put a piece of brie cheese on top of the pear.

5. Put some arugula on top of the brie cheese.

6. Wrap with a prosciutto.

7. Drizzle some balsamic cream and honey on top of the pear.

8. Serve it as an appetizer.

I started organizing recipes that my family likes. I learned these recipes from some chefs and popular blogs. May my daughters remember mama's food.
