Fig with Fried Meat Salad


  1. 1/2 lb pork loin, sliced thinly
  2. 2 orange, peeled
  3. 3–4 figs, cut into small size
  4. 2 king oyster mushrooms, sliced
  5. 6 white creamy mushrooms, cut into small size
  6. 1/3 cup alba mushrooms
  7. 3 Ts potato starch
  8. 2 Ts avocado oil
  9. canola oil to fry
  10. sea salt to taste
  11. black pepper to taste
  1. 1 garlic cube, ground
  2. 2 Ts Mat-Gan-Jang
  3. 2 Ts fresh lemon juice
  4. 1 ts vinegar
  5. 1 Ts honey
  6. 3 Ts Orobailen olive oil
  7. 1 Ts toasted sesame seeds
  8. black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Mix the dressing ingredients well evenly.
