Fish Milanese


  1. 4 pieces amber jack fillet, clean and pat dry
  2. 1 onion, ground
  3. 2 Ts fresh lemon juice
  4. 1/3 cup olive oil
  5. salt to taste
  6. black pepper to taste
  7. 3 Ts flour
  8. 2 eggs
  9. 1 Ts milk
  10. 1 cup panko
  11. 1 cup avocado oil
  1. 2 Ts butter
  2. 2 Ts olive oil
  3. 1 Ts Italian parsley, minced
  4. 2 Ts garlic, minced
  5. salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Marinate the amber jack with the onion, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper into a bowl for 1 hour.
