Ginger Juice for cooking

….Using “ginger juice” is a simple cooking tip. Asian cuisine uses fresh ginger as an ingredient. Grated fresh ginger is featured in Asian -inspired marinades and sauce. But the Ginger juice from grating ginger is actually a wonderful option as well.

Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cup fresh ginger, Peeled and sliced
  2. 2 cup sake

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Grind the ginger and sake with a blender.

2. Filter the ground ginger through a strainer.

3. Keep in the refrigerator for up to 12 months.
