….This dish is the national dish of Hungary. Goulash is a soup or stew of meat and vegetables seasoned with paprika and other spices. Caraway seed is must-have spice to bring out the original taste of this dish. This dish is almost like tomato beef stew, but it has a deep taste with spiciness. The process of preparing the ingredients required some effort, however the cooking process was simple. As the cold weather approaches, it’s good to have warm stew. My family always love tomato beef stew, so I think they’ll like this dish with an attractive spiciness. I divided it into three and packed it so my family can taste it. I wonder if it will taste good to my family?……This recipe is from @comble chef. Comble’s recipes of stews are always perfect. Thank you for always giving me tips for cooking.

I started organizing recipes that my family likes. I learned these recipes from some chefs and popular blogs. May my daughters remember mama's food.
