Grilled Beef Tenderloin Patties and Rice Cake Skewers
….I finely chopped beef tenderloin and made easy-to-make beef patties for my husband and grandson. Cooking them lightly seasoned in a pan, my husband felt comfortable and at ease while savoring the tender beef, expressing how much he enjoyed beef dishes after a long time. To add some excitement, I seasoned the patties like tteokgalbi, grilling them alongside rice cakes that Siwoo loves and skewering them for serving. I wonder if Siwoo will pick out only the rice cakes again, like last time.
Considering the need for good proteins, it would have been great if he had eaten them together. As my grandson doesn’t always eat well, I attempted to change my approach. Siwoo! The beef patties are exceptionally delicious today. You must try them! I convey my grandmotherly feelings through my heart.
Grinding the beef tenderloin was easy, and with less oil, it turned out tastier than I expected. The addition of shiitake mushrooms and sautéed onions enhanced the flavor, making it an excellent choice for anyone. Although the lean tenderloin has less richness, it’s tender and boasts a sophisticated taste. Adjusting the seasoning with soy sauce adds an even more delightful and unique flavor to ours.
