Grilled Corn with Soy Sauce
….When I had sashimi at a restaurant recently, this dish was a side dish. It was a fresh shock with an unexpected combination. The grilled corn tasted savory, and I ate without hesitation. I didn’t know how to make the special soy sauce, but I made it in my own way so as not to forget the charming taste without any topping. Memories of new dishes when I travel gives me happiness. I grilled these flavorful, juicy corn as a beautiful side dish. Corn is something I absolutely love. But I’m normally not a big fan of corn-on-the-cob due to how my teeth are angled. The easy-to eat idea is also a strong point of this dish. It doesn’t need any specific recipe. The only tricky part is cutting it. It’s easy to make so if you do it once you’ll probably be able to make it again.
