Grilled Eel Served Over Rice(Unadon)
….. You can bring some of the most loved flavors in Japanese cuisine to my home with this easy recipe. Unadon is a classic Japanese dish that consists of steamed rice topped with grilled eel fillets glazed with sweetened soy-based sauce and caramelized, preferably over charcoal fire. I added lots of egg strips, because it reduces the greasy flavor of the eel. Too much greasy food isn’t good for my family.
