Grilled Sea Bream with Soy Sauce

…..This a dish that’s always served if I invite guests over to my house. Everyone remembers this delicious dish. It’s a very simple recipe, but you must buy fresh fish.

Time: 40 minutes


  1. 1 lb fresh sea bream fillet
  2. 3 Ts potato starch
  3. 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  4. 1/4 cup red chili peppers
  5. 1/2 cup green peppers
  6. 5 garlic clove, sliced
  7. 1/8 cup ginger, sliced
  8. 5 Ts soy sauce
  9. 3.5 Ts sugar
  10. 2 .5 Ts vinegar
  11. 4 Ts avocado oil

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cover the sea bream with the potato starch, set it aside for 30 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, slice the vegetables.

3. After 30 minutes, put the avocado oil into a pan with medium heat. Add the sea bream, and fry it until light brown.

4. Take off the sea bream, and set it aside. Add the ginger and garlic and stir fry until light brown. Take off the ginger. Add the mushrooms, red pepper, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar into the pan.

5. Stir fry about 2 minutes, add the sea bream and green peppers. Keep stirring until the sea bream has the sauce.

6. Serve it.
