Grilled Tuna Panini with Wasabi Ginger Mayonnaise
…. This delicious summer sandwich pairs grilled tuna steaks with wasabi mayonnaise. Tuna steaks on the grill are a special dish. The sauce or marinade for tuna steaks needs only to be subtle to enhance the flavor. Tuna paired with wasabi mayonnaise ensures a perfect sandwich. I chose an english muffin instead of Italian bread. They are sometimes served warm after grilling or toasting. A panini with a clear grill mark is the first thing that comes to mind when you look at it. For a quick and easy lunch this dish should hit the spot! If you’d like to make your own panini with fewer calories, you just need to use low fat mayonnaise. But do not forget to add some wasabi, as it’s a great combination with the grilled tuna.
