Hamburger
….This is simple and without a lot of seasoning. Just add some salt and pepper with minced beef. I put some mayonnaise, crunch mustard, stir fried red onions, and Gruyere cheese to give the burger the perfect amount of saltiness for us. They sizzle nicely on the grill and come out perfect and shiny. I’m not an expert in hamburgers but whenever I make hamburger this way, my husband is satisfied. He is a meat lover! This dish gives him nice creamy texture with cheese and good quality minced beef. It’s going to be a very simple and delicious meal for you and your family, if you like meat. Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef ribeye, minced
- 2 brioche hamburger buns
- 2 red onions, sliced
- 5 Ts olive oil
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 6 oz(170g) Gruyere cheese, sliced
- 4 Ts Villa Manodori balsamic vinegar
- 1 ts sugar
- mayonnaise to taste
- 3 ts KOZLIK’S triple crunch mustard
Cooking Instructions:
- Season the minced beef with some salt and black pepper.
2. Knead well and make 2 hamburger patties by hand.
3. Heat a pan with high heat and 3 Ts olive oil into the pan. Put the patties onto the pan to grill both sides golden brown for 2 minutes.
4. Put 2 pieces gruyere cheese on top of each patty. Turn off the heat. Preheat the oven to 400F.
5. Cook in a preheated oven about 10 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, heat a pan with medium high heat and add 2 Ts olive oil, sliced red onion, and some salt into the pan to stir them until softened.
7. Add the balsamic vinegar and sugar into the pan to stir them until the moisture is gone. Set aside.
7. Heat a pan with medium low heat and grill the hamburger buns into the pan both sides lightly. Set aside.
8. Turn off the oven heat and take out the pan on the counter.
9. Put some mayonnaise and mustard onto the buns.
10. Put the grilled patties on top of the mustard. Put some stir fried red onions on top of the grilled patties.
11. Put another bun on top of the red onions.
12. Serve them.
