….This recipe is one of my favorite recipes. Hamburger steak is a popular menu item in Korean families. This is my family’s favorite kind of meal and inside it is juicy and delicious. This dish uses meat patties made from a mix of ground beef and pork, onions for sweetness and texture, garlic for flavor, eggs to bind the ingredients together, panko bread crumbs, and heavy cream to keep the steak juicy and tender. Also I used this meat mixture for meatball pasta with tomato sauce. Hamburger steak is a simple, fancy dish that’s great for dinner, lunch box and also children-friendly. It is served with your choice of sauce and comes with a side dish, like potatoes or steamed rice. I served with a brown sauce that my family loves and is incredibly easy to make. This dish can also have a variety of toppings with a fried egg being very common, but I put Swiss cheese on top of hamburger steak today. The melting cheese made my husband and me happy!! So yummy…

I started organizing recipes that my family likes. I learned these recipes from some chefs and popular blogs. May my daughters remember mama's food.
