Hot and Spicy Rice Cake(Tteokbokki)

Ingredients:

  1. 1 lb cylinder shaped rice cake
  2. 4 cup anchovy broth
  3. 1/3 cup gochujang(hot pepper paste)
  4. 1 Ts chili powder
  5. 1 Ts sugar
  6. 3 green onion, cut into 1 inch
  7. 4–5 boiled eggs
  8. 3 cup cabbage, cut into 1 inch
  9. 1/2 lb fish cakes
  10. Mat-Gan-Jang to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Put the anchovy broth in a bowl and add the gochujang, chili powder and sugar into the bowl.
