Jjol-myeon Red pepper paste Seasoning

…….I use this sauce in many dishes. Korean style vegetable salad with sashimi, fresh cucumber salad, bibim noodles with kimchi.. This recipe is from @mrs_macarons.
Ingredients :
- 2 cup red pepper paste (gochujang)
- 1/2 cup double thick vinegar (for sauce concentration)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 Ts sugar
- 3 Ts cider
- 1 Ts wasabi
- 1 Ts salt
- 1/3 pear
- 1/3 onion
cooking instructions :
- Grind the pear and the onion together to make “cooking juice”
- Pour out 0.5 cup of the cooking juice, and mix with all other ingredients
- Eat this after storing in the refrigerator for 1 day.
