Kohlrabi and Wild Garlic Salad Served Over Rice(Vegetable Rice Bowl)

….Sometimes I make a simple bowl with the leftovers in my refrigerator. I have kohlrabi and wild garlic salad today. I’m going to introduce my super simple summer bowl. Also I have leftover marinated Korean BBQ cha-dol too. All leftovers are delicious when served over rice.

Serving: 2

Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Kohlrabi salad
  2. wild garlic salad
  3. Korean BBQ cha-dol from brisket
  4. 2 cup steamed rice

Cooking Instructions

  1. Put the steamed rice into a bowl and put the kohlrabi salad on top of the steamed rice. Add the wild garlic salad on top of the kohlrabi salad. Serve it.

2. Heat a pan with medium high heat and grill the marinaded cha-dol until cooked(if you want to add some meat).

3. Put the grilled cha-dol onto the side of the bowl and serve it.
