Korean Street Toast
….Have you ever tried this dish before? I hadn’t tried it yet. My daughter ANNE, likes to travel to Korea. She loves Korean food, culture, many things….. She told me about Korean street toast and that it was so yummy 2 years ago. Ingredients are very simple, so I tried to make the toast. Although the ingredients make it seem like this would have an obvious taste, ANNE said that it wouldn’t. Yesterday, ANNE gave some kiwi sauce to me. She made it from scratch. She said “Mom! try to make Korean street toast again with kiwi sauce!” It didn’t seem like much, but I guess there was a tip. I made it with plenty of kiwi sauce instead of sugar. It tasted like a luxurious sweetness, and yummy. That’s the taste, I got the taste…..we gobbled it up! Even easy recipes have hidden tips.
