….Have you ever tried a burger with juicy meatballs that are thicker than beef patties? The round and plump meatballs, infused with the aroma of meat, perfectly complement the melted cheese, creating a delightful savory flavor. Today, I thawed the pistachio basil pesto sauce(@sseong_nh) stored in the freezer, seasoned the ground meat, and made meatballs. I then added tomato sauce and simmered to create a delicious burger. By adapting the basic pistachio basil pesto sauce, I was able to make a tasty burger without any additional seasonings. Adding crisp baby romaine and flavorful pistachio basil pesto sauce to bun of the burger enhanced the richness of the sauce, leaving nothing lacking in taste. Recipes that allow for the versatile use of sauces are always welcome. My eldest daughter Lacey, who loves burgers, quickly made one for her. However, She couldn’t enjoy it as the burger had already cooled down while she was taking care of the baby Jiwoo. She said it was fine, but I still feel a bit disappointed……As a mother caring for a baby, the top priority is always the baby. Knowing this, I once again returned home after sharing loving gazes with my beloved Jiwoo today. I miss the angel Jiwoo, who smiles with cooing sounds. This recipe is from @jamieoliver, and I’m always thankful for the many easy-to-adapt recipes he shares.
