Potato Salad with Ranch Dressing
….If you have leftover ranch dressing, try boiling some tasty potatoes and eating them together. Another charm is that although simple, the nuttiness of the potatoes was even better. Sometimes, I ponder over what to put on the table, and there are times when I can’t think straight. Today was one of those days, but when I casually boiled a few potatoes and sliced some ham to accompany the leftover ranch dressing on a plate, it seemed rich and complete without any lacking. I feel like I become more talkative when hastily presenting food I’ve made. Am I being self-conscious? My husband becomes interested whenever there’s a new dish. I briefly gauge his reaction and ask, “How does it taste?” My husband silently eats and says, “It’s always delicious with ranch dressing!” He’s right! The distinctive flavor of the ranch dressing enveloped the softness of the potatoes. Can this recipe be inserted among the best potato dishes in France?? Haha. The next day, there was even talk that my husband asked for this potato salad again. While this recipe may seem ordinary, it’s truly wonderful because it incorporates various ingredients. When I looked outside, before I knew it, the budding flower buds bursting on every street reminded us that spring is approaching closely. As a small tip, I added a little lemon juice or vinegar.
