Shrimp Burger
….This recipe is shrimp chopped by hand for making a shrimp patty. It mixes simple ingredients to keep the flavor of the shrimp intact. When I make any kind of burger, I make it as simple as possible without adding a lot of ingredients. It tastes good to focus on the taste of the ingredients you want. My family always likes a burger that is runny with a lot of sauce…..yummy! This recipe is from @boothkwon108.

……all mixed
For burger:
- 4 1/2 cup cabbage, sliced and soak into cold water
- 3 cup iceberg lettuce, sliced and soak into cold water
- 4 Ts green onion, minced
- 6 Brioche hamburger buns
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat a pan with medium heat and add the olive oil and onion to stir them until the moisture is gone. Turn off the heat and set aside to cool down.
2. Chop the shrimp(80% of the amount is coarsely chopped and the remaining 20% is finely chopped).
3. Mix the shrimp, stir fried onion, tapioca starch, sea salt, paprika powder, and black pepper in a bowl well evenly.
4. Knead it between your palms to make a personal size patty (The patty may be a little soft, but it’s good when cooked).
5. Coat both sides of the shrimp patties with flour and dip them in the beaten eggs with a pinch of salt, and press them into panko, keep it refrigerator.
6. Slice the cabbage and iceberg lettuce into cold water separately for 20 minutes. Sift them separately and set aside.
7. Heat a pan with medium high heat and add canola oil into the pan. Heat the oil to 350 degrees(when you put wooden chopstick in the oil, there should be bubbles around the chopstick). Place several layers of paper towels on a sheet pan.
8. Fry 2–3 pieces at a time and keep oil temperature around 325 degrees about 3–4 minutes until golden. Take out the patties on the sheet pan and set aside.
9. Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl well.
10. Spread the dressing on the bun.
11. Put the fried shrimp patty on the top of the bun.
12. Put sliced cabbage and lots of dressing on the top.
13. Put sliced iceberg lettuce and some green onion on the top. Then place on the top bun.
14. Serve it.
