….I am harvesting tomatoes from my garden every other day. I am very happy to see the red color of tomatoes every morning. Ripe tomatoes fall off the vine with the touch of a hand. The shape of the fruit hanging is pretty, and the sweet taste is the best. I am sharing them with my daughters and put some into my husband’s lunch box every day. While I was looking for a new recipe that can be made with tomatoes, I was interested in this recipe. This recipe is from @comble2. I was curious about the taste.. “Is it what I think it tastes like?” Tomatoes do their part in any recipe, so there is no need to doubt. I used my own Mat-Gan-Jang instead of comble’s special sauce. The chef said “if you don’t use my special sauce, add soy sauce and sugar”. Frankly, I was thinking a lot about which sauce to use — sukiyaki sauce? teriyaki sauce? Although the two sauces taste similar, I wanted to make them according to @comble2 recipe as much as possible. I am still curious about comble’s special sauce taste. This is a simple dish that everyone will love. This dish was more delicious than I expected.

I started organizing recipes that my family likes. I learned these recipes from some chefs and popular blogs. May my daughters remember mama's food.
