Stir-fried Dried Anchovies (Myeolchi-Bokkeum)


  1. 3 cup dried anchovies
  2. 1 ts special soy sauce (Mat-Gan-Jang)
  3. 1/2 Ts ginger juice
  4. 1 Ts gochujang
  5. 1 Ts red chili powder
  6. 1 Ts mirin (sweet cooking rice seasoning)
  7. 2 Ts sugar (or 1Ts sugar, 1Ts honey)
  8. 3 Ts chili oil
  9. 1 Ts mayonnaise
  10. 1 Ts toasted sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions:

  1. First, what kind of anchovies are prepared? Left one is good for broth, right one is good for stir-fry.
