Summer Watermelon Bites

The Watermelon Caprese I had at the restaurant was a summer appetizer that was enough to whet my appetite. Have you ever tried a watermelon salad with mozzarella? I have one with arugula, some kinds of herbs and mozzarella cheese that was just incredible. The flavors are so vibrant and alive. They are always a crowd pleaser get snatched right up. Not only are they mouthwatering delicious and flavorful, they’re pretty too. Watermelon’s high water content may help keep you hydrated, which supports your overall health, as well as feeling full.
