Stir-fried Seafood with Bok choy
…….This recipe is the one I’ve been making for my family for years and years. They always accommodated this dish as a main dish nicely. Seafood becomes tough if cooked for a long time, so stir-fry quickly before serving. The flavors are rich and I guarantee you will get some compliments on it. It is enough for anyone to make their own main dish by choosing the ingredients they want. Bok choy tastes similar to cabbage. It has a mild, fresh, and grassy flavor. The stalks have a celery- like crunch, while the leaves are soft and crisp. It’s good, if you eat the leftover over rice. It’s fun picking out my favorite.
